Creating a Web of Science profile
In order to save searches, create alerts, and utilize the other personalized features in Web of Science, you must create a Web of Science profile.
1. To create a profile, access Web of Science. Click the Register button in the upper right corner.
2. Enter your LSU email and the other fields in the registration screen, and click on Register. The system will prompt you if your email is already registered for Web of Science or other Clarivate products. Click Continue.
3. You will receive an email confirmation link; to complete your registration, click the Verify email address box on the email verification screen.
Once you have created a Web of Science profile, sign in with your email and password to access the personalized features.
Change settings in Web of Science
1. To change Web of Science settings in your profile, click on your login name in the upper right corner, then click Settings in the drop down menu.
2. From the settings page, you can select a starting application, language, and default search results setting.
