Combining saved searches in VetMed Resource
VetMed Resource allows you to combine previously saved searches with the Boolean operator (AND, OR, NOT) of your choice. You must have a registered account to save searches.
1. To combine previous searches, login to your account by selecting Login at the top right of the homepage and completing the login process.
2. Select the Advanced Search link. Then select the "Saved Searches" tab. Within that tab, you should see all of your previously saved searches. Select the previous searches you wish to combine along with the Boolean operator you want to connect the searches with, then click the Combine button.
3. Your new search string will appear in the search box. Search results will appear below the search box (ex. (equine surgery) AND ((small animal) AND "surgery)).
