If you are having issues accessing Library resources, here are a few steps that may help:
- Make sure you are accessing the resource through the URL provided by the SVM Library
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- Consult the Remote Access FAQ page for more information
- If you continue to have problems accessing a resource, call the SVM Library at 225-578-9800, email svmlibrary@lsu.edu for help, or stop by the Circulation Desk for help.
