There are a variety of tools to help you keep track of resources and build citations.
You can get EndNote for free through TigerWare.
Mendeley is free to download and great if you tend to download articles as PDFs.
Zotero is also free and allows you to cite and save information using a browser extension.

EndNote Features:
To enable Find Full Text within EndNote, do the following:
- Open EndNote
- Go to Edit, then Preferences, then Find Full Text
- Check all boxes
- In OpenURL Path, enter http://linksource.ebsco.com/linking.aspx?
- In Authenticate with, enter http://libezp.lib.lsu.edu/login?url=
- Click Apply and then OK to close the window
