To search on your own, begin with these strategies.
1. General searches at USA.gov
2. Try one of the 5 National Libraries
3. Narrow down to specific agencies.
ex. v. USDA v. National Ag Library USDA Economic Research Service
Some agencies aren't .gov example: , si.edu hsdl.org
