Three letters by Audubon, reporting on his 1831/1832 Florida expedition, to the editor of Monthly American Journal of Geology and Natural Science were published in vol. 1 (1832): pages 358-363; 407-414; 529-537.
In addition to articles by Audubon, the Edinburgh New Philosophical Journal and the Magazine of Natural History (both referenced above) also published reviews and other articles about Audubon's work during the years his Birds of America and Ornithological Biography were being issued.
