Veterinary - Textbooks by VMED Course

This guide contains the Fall 2025 textbooks recommended for LSU DVM students. 

Textbooks are often available in online and print formats through the LSU Vet Med Library.

• Not all eBooks have unlimited simultaneous users which will affect on demand access to those eBooks.

• Print textbooks are generally located in the Permanent Reserve location and have a 5-hour loan. Check outs on Friday after 11:30am are due the following Monday at 10:00am. When the Circulation Desk is closed, books may be returned to the purple dropbox by the front entrance of the Vet Med building, or to the dropbox slot at the Circulation Desk.
