PubMed

PubMed® comprises more than 30 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations and abstracts are free, when available; full text articles are often not free.

You can limit PubMed search results to only articles available for free through PubMed Central by selecting the Free full text filter in the Text availability filter section. The Full text filter will often, though not always, yield results with links to open access content not included in PMC.
