In the search results list, below each citation you should see displayed an LSU Libraries icon and if full text is available, you will also see either a view full text link or a free full text link displayed as well. Select any of the full text links that are displayed. If there are no full text links available, click on the LSU Libraries icon. It is likely that the library may not have access to the article and the link will lead to an auto pre-populated interlibrary loan request for that article. (You must have an Interlibrary Loan account to submit a request).
Please note that selecting the LSU Libraries icon for articles from journals to which only the LSU Vet Med Library subscribes will lead to an interlibrary loan request whether the LSU Vet Med Library has access or not. Therefore, it is best to use the publisher link (view full text button) if displayed rather than the LSU Libraries icon. It is also recommended to check the Catalog or LSU Vet Med Electronic Resources tool before submitting an Interlibrary Loan request.
Clicking the title of the citation brings you inside the record, and your full text options will be displayed at the top. Inside the record, you will also see a Google Scholar icon access option. If your Google Scholar account is set up with library links, you should be able to access full text from Google Scholar when content is available.
