Library Services Graduate Students Should Know About!
- Document DeliveryDoes the library only have the article or book chapter you need in print? Can't come to campus? Is it too hot to walk here from another building? As a graduate student, you can use Document Delivery. We'll scan the article for you and deliver it to you through your ILLIAD account.
- Interlibrary BorrowingDon't give that publisher your money for a journal article that LSU Libraries doesn't own! Request it through our Interlibrary Loan department and we'll borrow it for you. We'll also borrow books for you from other libraries.
Reseach Consultations
I'm here to help students and faculty in the School of Education. If you need individual instruction in using the databases, formulating search strategies, or finding the right keywords to search, you can make an appointment with me and I'll walk you though your problem the best I can. I can't do your research for you, but I can get you started and teach you how to use the tools.
Don't worry if you are distance student and can't come to campus. You can email your question to me or set up a time for a phone consultation (this works best if we set a specific time and you email me with information about what you need before the phone call) or we can use a screen sharing app so you can see how I navigate to information on the LSU Libraries site.
